There's one off the living room and a private balcony off the primary bath. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (water, electricity and cable/internet). Pest control, trash service and landscaping are included.

Seeking a 6+ month lease. One dog would be considered on a case by case basis with owner approval and a pet deposit. Security deposit due at lease signing. Application fees are non-refundable. Rental does not include sheets, towels or toiletries in photos.
